Creating the customer journey is paramount to nailing your unique leads with your customers.

Before we can start, your business would undergo a full brand analysis as to where it currently stands, it’s market position, competitor analysis, target audience and pin-pointing the business goals.

Plan

Next, is how to target your customers and through which channels whether that be digital (social, email & web) and, or printed avenues.

If there is a product to sell, we look into consumer buying behaviour, where that customer would buy/see your product, using it’s USP’s (Unique Selling Points) and perfectly crafted branding to convince your customer they need your product.

Roll Out

Action plan, budget and timeline.

Once we have been marketing your product or service for 6 months, we would analyse the data and results to then see where we need to divert and adapt the strategies.
